Carol and I are camping in Haines Junction. So called because the Haines Highway splits from the Alaska Highway and heads south to the port in Haines. We’ll be going there next month to catch the ferry and travel Alaska’s Marine Highway.
Just to our south is the Kluane National Park with its beautiful mountains. When I look at them, I see zebras. Anyone else?
Here’s the view from our camp. Pictures taken at 9:53 pm 🙂
Beautiful setting. Zebras, indeed. Great log, my friend. We’re following your excellent adventure with interest.
